At Bozar, everything mixes together, and it’s all brought to you on… TV! On this year’s menu you’ll find plenty of diversity, both in terms of disciplines and themes. Through its collaboration with ASBL Gilbard, the cultural centre is putting cooking at the centre in a most extravagant way.
In a TV programme divided into a number of stages, you’ll discover various themes linked to cooking, but also to reuse, resources and contexts.
Take a stroll through the various platters, following a multi-course menu. Each dish is equivalent to a TV set or performance, with tastings, music, experts and speakers. Come and find out how a programme is put together in real time and be surprised by the talk show codes. The show will be filmed and broadcast online by 1nd3x.
