KROKET is a restaurant, croquette workshop, caterer, and food truck in one. It focuses on short supply chains, recycling unsold items, and community engagement. Founded in 2020 during the lockdown, it offers over 20 recipes (meat, fish, veggie, vegan) and delivers to a growing number of restaurants in Brussels and Wallonia.
