Reclaiming Vision

Text Maen Florin’s exhibition is accompanied by the film Reclaiming Vision. This film about living things captured under the optical microscope features a varied cast of micro-organisms taken from the brackish waters of the inner Oslo fjord and several algae cultivated at the University of the Norwegian capital. The film reveals various processes at work in the water, such as the cohabitation between microscopic life and the increasingly perceptible signs of ecological disturbance in watercourses.
