CENTRALE for Contemporary Art

44 Place Sainte-Catherine
1000 Brussels

Inaugurated in 2006, the contemporary art centre of the City of Brussels aims to promote Brussels' art and to showcase established and emerging artists, while favouring an international dimension. The CENTRALE for contemporary art offers a reflection on contemporary creation and its link with society. It produces thematic exhibitions, projects designed by duos of Brussels and foreign artists and actively supports young artists.

For the 2020 edition of Museum Night Fever, the CENTRALE goes wild and electrifies its usual setting! On the programme: performances by students of the ISAC (Institut Supérieur des Arts et des Chorégraphies) in resonance with the work of the exhibited artists, Roger Ballen and Ronny Delrue. The more daring among us can get permanent flash tattoos by young Brussels artists and, for those not ready for that level of commitment, ephemeral tattoos by Elsa Adamus and Ataraxy.
